I loved how close it was to downtown and Robert and Adrianna was very responsive If I needed anything and the home is very clean. I will definitely book with them again.

Carlos and team were great hosts- they were very responsive to our needs and delivered towels quickly when needed. They were also very helpful with parking, always replying in 5-10 mins. Apartment is same as the listing, although, the couch is a little small. They did have an air mattress available, however, which was helpful. The apartment was clean and well kept. Although, we did find one piece of trash on the floor + the bathtub could be re-painted as part of it is chipping. Otherwise, great stay! Thank you, well worth the value.

Recently stayed here and it was great! The beds and couch were super comfortable, bathrooms were nice, and it was very easy to find and access! Host was very responsive to any needs and friendly. Would stay here again!

I have nothing but positive things to say! Allisons’s space was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We were on a short trip but my partner and I could easily see ourselves coming back for a longer stay. Super impressed with the amenities and overall quality of the apartment. Really nice area too. Allison was also friendly and provided lots of info about things to do nearby. Great experience all around!

was pretty nice! had alot of utilities and we had an issue where the stove did not work, got it figured out within 3 days! very doubtful anyone else will have this problem!

We keep returning to this wonderful little Airbnb and it now feels like our home away from home. It is always clean and ready for us and Ames is a great communicator. On this trip, we did not have a car, but found that Uber and Lyft were consistently within five minutes of our location and it was an inexpensive trip to every place we went. We really like being so close to Austin’s great sites while sleeping in a residential neighborhood. Very comfortable with all the furnishings such as towels, bedding and soaps being fully stocked. Highly recommend

The space was exactly as described. Sonia and Justice were very responsive to all of our needs. What stood out most was that when we reached out regarding the HVAC not working on a Monday night at 8pm, this dynamic duo had solutions to us within the hour. We loved the city and loved where we stayed- we will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

This little place was an amazing stay in Austin. It's really close to S. Lamar. Many things to do in this area, and very centralized to tons of activities. The room was comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. I will book again next time I'm in Austin. This was awesome

We enjoyed our stay! Steve was very responsive with all our questions. We also appreciated all the amentities he had to offer at his property. The area was surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and easy to walk to the locations. Overall, a very great experience. We recommend his place!

Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!
