I have tesla destination charger in the garage There is a 27 feet pool in backyard. It is central located between Austin International Airport and Austin Downtown. Sleeping arrangements 1st 2nd and 3rd. All king beds 4th bedroom Queen Full trundle bed for bottom and top 2 Sofa beds in living and games room. Using spa is extra $400 and you have to request in advance . The heater requires repair constantly so I have reduce daily rental $600 to $400 daily. Pool is open

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
