The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Shine's house worked out well for our family . Adults and children all had enough room. The backyard swing set was a nice diversion. Shine responded quickly when we reached out for additional towels. In general, the furnishing were a bit tired but got the job done.

Probably the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed at in California with one of the best bathrooms equipped with a Japanese style bidet. The rest of my family also enjoyed staying at Justen's place.

We booked this Airbnb for our friends visiting from China. We also live nearby, so the location was very convenient. The house was clean and quiet, which was perfect since our friends had jet lag—they were able to get a good night’s sleep. I’ll definitely book this place again when more friends come to visit us.

Leslie was an amazing host and she was always responsive to my questions and comments. Updated, beautiful, spacious, clean home that was close to stores and food spots. Nice, quiet neighborhood also! Leslie had so much in the home for us like toothbrushes, razors, lotions, extra towels, etc. which came in so handy! The backyard was also a great place for us to come back and eat lunch or dinner (if good weather permits, of course). Please book here, this place was one of the best places I’ve ever booked!

I stayed for 4 nights to attend my Father's funeral and connect with family in Hayward and the rest of the East Bay. I was looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable, private, and beautiful - it was all those things! A cozy and comforting perch at the base of the foothills complete with wildlife and the sound of running water. In addition, the location is perfect for anyone who wants to get to anywhere in the Bay Area, San Francisco included. The place itself was perfectly described and had everything I needed - most importantly a giant king bed and fast internet. The smell of the California forest in the quiet nights followed by a bright and clear sun in the mornings. One does need a car here. A lovely neighborhood with locals selling raspados and pupusas on the street corners. Trader Joe's close by along with all the necessary amenities. Easy access to the 80 and the 580 to get anywhere! A fantastic and responsive host - I will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Bob!

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

It was a little confusing gettinto the place. We parked in the structure and gained access through 2 floor bridge, but got locked out. We found the ground floor door and were able to use that. The garage gate only open one side. The parking space was tricky because it was next to motorcycles parking. BE CAREFUL, mattress sags at edges, husband fell off bed and hit his face. All in all we had a great time. 👍

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.
