A true paradise for shore fishing, walks and hikes, kites and nautical activities, you will be dazzled by the colorful dawn and shimmering twilight, the comings and goings of the tides, the song of sea birds. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Beautiful contemporary house, a short drive from Dinan and 25 minutes from the beaches. In the middle of a 10 hectare park, the house consists of: - 5 large bedrooms decorated and equipped with its bathroom and toilet. - A huge living room, fireplace, library... - A large open and fully equipped kitchen. - A heated pool (May/June/July/August), gym, padel court.
