The small studio is on my grounds but independent with its private covered terrace. Fenced parking and electric gate The small studio has a kitchen, sofa bed and bathroom. There's a hairy local you can meet in the backyard, his name is Nuts and he loves humans.

A stay in Grégoire's house is really recommended for those looking for peace and the proximity to the beautiful coast and nice cities. Dinan, Saint Malo and Dinard are easy and quick to reach. The house is very comfortable and modern furnished. Anything you need is present in kitchen and bathroom. Grégoire and Nathalie are easy to reach and respond immediately. Nice remote contact, quick service and noticeable involvement. We had a nice week in a particularly pleasant house in a beautiful region! Thanks Grégoire and Nathalie!
