Accessible par un escalier et sans vis à vis, il dispose d’un jardin privatif, lui aussi sans aucun vis à vis, avec table et chaises, parasol, table basse, transats, barbecue. La piscine, chauffée à 28 degrés, est ouverte du 22 juin au 8 septembre et partagée avec nous (qui y allons très peu), les voyageurs restant toujours prioritaires .

Elle a tout le confort moderne, très bien isolée, très ensoleillée grâce à 3 Velux au 1er étage, orientés plein sud. Elle est au centre du village, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.
