Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th and shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Free for children under 2 years old (folding baby bed) For a weekend with family, friends, can accommodate 21 people (ideal for couples with children). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The cottage we offer, located in the heart of the natural park of the Rance Valley and the Côte d'Emeraude, is an old stable/barn, renovated in 2023 with a surface area of 70 m2 on two floors and adjoining our home. It has all modern comforts, very well insulated, very sunny thanks to 3 Velux on the 1st floor, facing south. It is in the center of the village, close to shops and restaurants.
