In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio apartment on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from around June 22nd to September 8th and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

Upstairs, a large bedroom with beams and ceiling height. Pool, generally accessible from June to end of September. We provide barbecue and tables. Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

2 nights minimum, 3 nights for Easter and Pentecost Family cottage with 3 large bedrooms with 4 beds each (sleeps 12) and 3 guest rooms in my main house (sleeps 9). Free for children under 2 years old (folding baby bed) For a weekend with family, friends, can accommodate 21 people (ideal for couples with children). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Extra charge of €25/night/person beyond 16 people

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
