I offer it for rent for a few periods, thanks to my amazing co-host Tetyana, who will take care of welcoming you. My house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed “Le Paradis” by friends, right on the waterfront with a magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but if you send Tetyana a message, she can take care of it (price: €25 for the queen-size bed, €15 for the small bed, including a bath towel).

Nice cottage for 5 people in a hamlet of 5 houses, all comforts, close to the beaches, the historic center of Quimper, the GR34 and the greenway, all in the heart of a wooded park of more than one hectare. Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the generously sized heated pool (12x6) from mid-June to mid-September and barbecues with friends and/or family. Guests can enjoy the petanque court, ping pong table, badminton and swing (children up to 10 years old).

Semi-detached cottage, adjoining a second independent and renovated cottage, located in a farmhouse on our property, an old farm in the heart of the Plomelin countryside. Close to the Odet and its hiking trails, the accommodation is ideally located halfway between Quimper and Pont-l'Abbé, 10 minutes from the beaches and 2 km from local shops. You will enjoy a quiet and green environment, as well as a garden shared with the occupants of the second cottage.

This new single-storey house welcomes you to Combrit Ste-Marine, a typical village bordered by the Odet River and its coasts offering breathtaking ocean views. South-facing, with a 500 m² garden located in a small quiet subdivision. The total area is 100 m², of which 90 m² is accessible to guests. The garage is also accessible if necessary, especially for access to the washing machine or to store your bikes. Fully fenced lot, but does not have a gate.

Guests can enjoy the many fine sand beaches: Kermor, Le Treustel and Sainte Marine. Villa Cozy Beach has been renovated in the Wabi Sabi style where wood and natural materials coexist. It has been carefully designed to make it a family cocoon, modern and bright, where you can enjoy spending time with family or friends.

In Plomelin, we offer this 4-star rated holiday rental of 102m², facing south and accommodating up to 6 guests. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 32m² living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy a terrace and a 250m² garden. Ideally located between Quimper and the beaches (14 minutes), it enjoys a pleasant setting near the forest and the Odet River. The minimum stay is 5 nights during the summer.
