Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

The charm of Les Sables Blancs

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Small detached house of 70 m2 5 minutes walk from a very pleasant beach, house located in the countryside, close to other dwellings and a farm. Large beach with many puddles ideal for children swimming. Enclosed garden. Ability to store your bikes under keys if needed. Close to GR 34, paragliding spots. At the entrance of the Presqu'ile de Crozon, close to Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper, Brest and the Finistère center. The garden is fenced.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.

Relax in this 45 m2 quiet and elegant accommodation, take a moment outdoors to relax under a large mulberry tree in its large flowery garden with sea view. 200 m from the beach and the GR34. Summer is a very popular season for us and to better manage arrivals and departures via our work, our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

On the port of Rosmeur, 90 m2 apt. located on the 1st floor without elevator, composed of: a large living room with an equipped open-plan kitchen, with stunning sea views, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Sleeps 4. In the city center, facing Douarnenez Bay. My listing is on the Port du Rosmeur and it can be noisy.

Waterfront studio (Little Saint-Jean 2)

The studio was completely renovated in 2018 by an interior designer. Facing Saint-Jean Beach, it was designed as a seaside setting, with wood and quality materials. Another similar studio, on the ground floor, is available for rent for people wishing to come with another couple. The 2 studios are one above the other.
