Ideally located 10 minutes from Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 20 minutes from St Malo, this fully equipped 40 m² cottage will offer you an ideal moment of relaxation with an outdoor jacuzzi heated all year round. Located 1 km from the center of Plouër-sur-Rance and its shops and 800 m from the Rance, the La Renardais gîte is perfect for a stay in the heart of the Rance Valley. Completely independent, the cottage is located in the garden of our property where we live all year round.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!

IS NOT ALLOWED FROM THE ACCOMMODATION.
