La Grange Aux Belles: charming house with sea view

La Grange Aux Belle is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated very recently with traditional materials (lime plaster, oak floor, Poplar paneling). The 3 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. Terrace and garden out of sight behind the house. The house is located at the edge of the village, 3 km from the beaches of Sainte-Barbe (for surfing and kite surfing) or Carnac (more family-friendly). All the shops in the village of Plouharnel are within walking distance.

The apartment (80 m2) occupies the 1st floor of our large house. Independent entrance and private parking. We are located in the village (very quiet alley).
