"Pioka" Loft Art & Surf

Loft on the floor of a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept rentals per night (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surf & dunes within 2 km. You will appreciate this space for its originality and location.

"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance of the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...). Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). Breathtaking view of Quiberon Bay from the entrance to the studio! Peaceful and refreshing environment. Enjoy meals on the semi-covered terrace (east/southeast) with a fenced garden, it allows you to take all meals a large part of the year. The studio is in a small collective, access is through an outdoor hall, the terrace is isolated from the neighborhood. The beach (200 m) is directly accessible via a path. Amenities are a 5-minute walk away.

Nicolas, the host of this place, is pleased to welcome you to this haven. Located at the end of a closed courtyard, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the elements that nature offers us: Land, Sea and Wide Open Sky. You will have sea views and be 50 m from the coastal path. In the middle of the oyster park, you can walk, cycle, admire nature and of course access all water activities. Carnac is 5 minutes away.

A large green space (old dune!) in front of the house preserves the environment. The family beach is ideal for all water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite, paddle etc...) Marked swimming area. South-facing, sheltered from the winds.

"La Petite Maison" Ploëmel

Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surfing) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holiday or weekend... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a café and the daily press. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.
