Immersed in nature, with its own gardens (Private rear terrace accessed by apartments patio door) 6 minutes walk into Camors village with boulanger, Butchers and friendly family cafe. 3 minutes drive, 6 minutes cycle to Camors extreme adventure park. 10 minutes drive to the river Blavet with its tow path to Pontivy, north and Hennebont to the south. 30/35 minutes drive to sandy family beaches. Many country walks directly from the apartment.

There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Canal de Nantes à Brest. Trailer path along the Blavet. Located in central Brittany, the geographical position of Pontivy will allow you to easily discover the region. Beaches are 1 hour away by car: Erdeven, Carnac, Guidel in the South; Binic and St Brieuc Bay in the North.

Centrally located in the heart of Brittany you will stay in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of the valley and on an 8 minute walk of the Petite cite de caractere Guemene sur Scorff. This recently remodeled house is part of a longère. It is spacious and characteristic designed by an interior architect. A cozy space with a woodburner, a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. And on top of it of you will sleep in alcove in a 180 x 200 box spring.

Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante.
