Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

Cà di Mutti is a 17th-century house located on a hillside in an isolated position, nestled against the forest. The house has been fully renovated with modern finishes and designer furniture while preserving the original stone structure. It features a large garden with a patio, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, along with a spacious fire pit. For hiking enthusiasts, the main trails for excursions start right from the house. There is a 3rd room available on the basement with a private bathroom, available for reservations with 5 or 6 guests or under explicit requests and with an extra. The great beaches of Lake are minutes away, walking and mountain bike excursions are waiting in the surrounding hills and mountains.

We are located 1 hour from Milan, at the beginning of the Piacenza hills and very close to the famous medieval village of Castell'Arquato, along the route of the Via Francigena. You will have the opportunity to stay in a suggestive space: the stable - where the manger is still present - located under the barn of the farmhouse. The magic of the experience is complemented by the pulsating lights of fireflies in June and encounters with roe and fallow deer throughout the year.

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.

Rustico Bertel, house of 17th, lake view, hot tub

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
