Holiday rentals with a patio in Podstrana

A beautiful house with private pool, garden and 2 balconies. Very relaxing on the hills with a lovely breeze. Frane provided lots of goodies and everything we needed for a lovely stay. Definitely recommended.

The location is perfect, offering easy access to the beach while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The area is very quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the highlights is the stunning views—waking up to such beauty every day was a real treat. The accommodation was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

What a gem of a place. This place is very well appointed with the kitchen fitted out with all of the appliances that makes staying at an AirBnB just like home. The location is ideal for a relaxing break with the residential area being very tranquil, the many House Martins and Swallos making the most noise. Being up half way up the hill means it is a climb if using public transport to explore the area but isn’t too strenuous for a person with average fitness but the reward is stunning views out across the bay to Stobrec. If the climb is to much very are plenty of UBER’s and local taxi’s who will drive you up the hill for a small fare. The host and his family made us feel at home from the start. This started at the airport where they had arranged a lift to the AirBnB due to our late arrival followed by a welcome drink and a short talk about the surrounding area to allow us to get our bearings. Would I stay there again, yes.

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and a beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbour was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We must mention the hostess Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

Me and my friends loved our time in Split and Josip’s place was the reason why! Absolutely stunning apartment only a 20 minute uber from Split and lovely beach a 5 minute taxi down the road. Being with my mates by the pool and BBQing was what made our holiday so enjoyable so thank you. Josip was great and made us feel very welcome - even dropped us off a few beers. Would certainly recommend and if I’m ever back in Split I know where I’ll be staying!

One of the best places we stayed in Croatia! The Host Viktoria was very kind and friendly in her conversations. Her grandmother, who welcomed us on her behalf, was also very kind ! Viktoria kept the apartment in very good condition and also left us Cookies and Cakes , which my son loved ! Overall we had a great experience and a comfortable stay here! Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Split!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is very modern, clean and well equipped. The host's mother greeted us very kindly upon arrival. Supermarkets and restaurants are available within walking distance. We highly recommend Beach Stobrec 20 minutes walk away.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Mirko was always very nice and answered all my doubts, I guide me to get to the ferry on time:). The apartment has a small kitchen with a very useful refrigerator, a small dining room and ropes to hang clothes, what a great idea!. we would come by motorbike so we did not have any problem to mobilize, however if you do not have your own vehicle you should keep in mind that The lodging is 20 minutes (in cart) of split so you should check what is the best way to mobilize

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

Perfect villa but far from the center

Mateo was very nice and friendly. He made us felt like home. We even made friends with some locals. We shall definitely rent from Mirko again. ☺️

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

The apartment was everything we hoped for and even more! Very clean, great amenities and the hostess is incredibly nice and helpful. Swimming pool is very clean and private, the layout is also great if you are travelling with small children and therefore easy to keep an eye on them. Bus stop is just around the corner so getting to Split without car is easy. The surrounding village is also very quaint and scenery is fantastic. I only gave 5/5 because 6/5 is not possible in this app :)

Everything was just perfect!

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Everything was perfect

Ivana was a great host, she arranged a taxi to our arrival and helped with everything, from suggesting places to checking in/out. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and modern. Thanks to the air conditioning and the fan in each room, the apartment was pretty fresh. I think the location is the perfect compromise for a more quiet spot and beaches. Also getting to the center of Split is fairly easy, a 15 minute drive even if at some times there is a lot of traffic. Our stay was amazing, we had everything we needed at Ivana’s place, we highly recommend it.
