The apartment is cozy and very bright. Completely renovated in 2019. The historic center, 4 km away, can be easily reached in 15 minutes by bus; the stop is below the house. Access and "check-in" are carried out independently by the guest without time restrictions (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival) The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, consists of: kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room and bathroom.

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The property is a tipical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Studio is a two levels open space apartment; swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. Comfortable apartment and amazing host! The apartment has a wonderful shower and a very comfortable bed (IMHO). With a good kitchen for a short stay. The host is super nice and helpful! The neighborhood is amazingly beautiful and you’re only 10 mins by bus to the entrance of the touristic center in Firenze, and only a 1 min bus or 10 min walk to Fiesole, which is super cute, with a good supermarket, a wonderful pasticceria, a bakery and a handful of restaurants (I recommend a salsiccia sandwich from the food truck!). Just beware that the apartment is on the road, and there is some noise from the cars. But at night, with the window closed, I didn’t hear a thing.

Very beautiful neighbourhood, spacious room with everything you need and Juan Antonio is a great host. Only con would be that it's not that it's a bit far from the center and buses sometimes take a lot to go through the stop.

We had a great stay and the host Oscar and crew were very friendly and helpful. You can really relax at this place, the atmosphere was very nice and cozy. The service was very good, when we arrived the kitchen was closed but we still got lunch. Furthermore this place is an oasis of peace with a beautiful view. If you are looking for quiet place, then this is the spot.

We had a great stay. The apartment is charming, clean and offered everything we needed. We slept really well here! There were some lovely restaurants just down the road. To get to the city we used bus 7. We came by car and the instructions to park it in the next street over were easy to follow and there was plenty of space. Perfect for a relaxed stay, especially if you come by car.
