The stay went very well, but what really made a difference was Adelina's kindness and availability. Always attentive, warm and helpful. It was such a pleasure.

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

A magical place where nature gives serenity and Livio's welcome is just the icing on the cake. I recommend this place especially for those who are not only looking for accommodation but can fully enjoy the garden and the view.

Nice house with a dream kitchen 😍 Hosts are very nice and good to communicate with. Located in a quiet street but good location to explore the surrounding villages and beaches by car.
