Das Haus "Wassu" wurde im Januar 2024 fertiggestellt und befindet sich in Watzenborn- Steinberg. Die Ausstattung ist schön und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit TV, einer offenen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essecke, einem Bad mit Regendusche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, einer Kammer und einer Terrasse. Fussbodenheizung und elektrische Rollos in jeden Raum. Ein Parkplatz steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Nichtraucherwohnung!

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

In the 56 square meter basement apartment is everything you need. Bedroom with bathroom, closet for your clothes. Large living-dining room and a separate kitchen. Living room: sofa bed with table, (sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00). In addition, two cribs and a high chair. For 6 people, an inflatable double mattress is available. Kitchen: coffee maker and bread slicer. Various pots, dishes and glasses. Also a washing machine. We have a dog who will also greet you.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
