Holiday rentals with a patio in Poinciana

We had an amazing stay at Fonti’s Airbnb! The location is perfect! The view from the balcony was ideal. The place was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed! The stores were super close and the resort was beautiful! Highly recommend! We stayed for a week and had no issues. Very clear communication when reaching out to Fonti! Would stay here again! Thank you Fonti for an amazing stay!!

Host is great and so understanding ! Even my broke few things in the home still host provide me reasonable replacements ! Host re clean the one of the room after i requested ! So great to pick this home for our vacation and definitely recommend for any family! I definitely rent this again in next time!

The home was very amazing and beautiful, was very close to Disney and Karla was an amazing host and responded very quickly if we had any questions . I would love to stay at this home again . Definitely 5 stars !

The apartment was as described, 25 minutes from the parks, close to restaurants, pharmacies and other shops, the only point is that the guest does not have the autonomy to control the temperature of the air conditioning according to their needs, they needed to contact the host.

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

Everything was amazing. The place is very nice and clean, I would just add more kitchen utensils, since for the number of people who rent the pots and pans are not enough, but everything else is perfect

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

Susie's listing is just as pictured and clean. It was quiet. Communicating with Susie was easy and pleasant. There's plenty of space and great 2 bedrooms have their private bath. We appreciate her kindness and being attentive to our stay.

This is a comfy home. The pool and spa area are lovely and we spent much of our time there. The home is well equipped and has a washer and dryer. Nice, private neighborhood with a guard gate.

This is by far the best short-term rental I have stayed in within and outside the U.S. There’s a reason she has great reviews/rating. Very clean house and pool with all the listed amenities in great shape and host was very responsive. You have nothing to worry about. Book it now! We’ll be back at some point for sure 😎

We just returned from 10 days staying at Michaels home and had an amazing time. there were 6 adults and more than enough space for all. Check in was easy and Michael was in contact throughout. There was a nice welcome gift bag for us and a well stacked coffee bar in the perfect sized kitchen for large groups. There is so much to do from video games to billiards to karaoke and a large comfortable movie room and each room has a tv and full access to Direct TV. Outside the pool and hot tub were where we spent our time as well as playing basketball in the pool and ping pong on the patio. House was very clean and we had not one issue during our entire stay. I will definitely come back to this home again!

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 10 yrs) enjoyed our week long stay. There were a few things that needed attention with this property. I communicated those with Lukasz and he was responsive. I am sure those will be taken care of quickly. Some thing to note is that this property does back up to the golfing fairway. They grounds keepers will be out before dawn mowing and fertilizing before those early tee times. The machines are muffled and you can tell that they try their best to not distribute but you can hear them. It never disturbed our kids but it did wake the adults. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in, that may not be great for you. This being said, we LOVED the house, pool, hot tub, outdoor patio and everything that it had with it. The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms as well. The short drive to Legoland was perfect. We went to a few parks in Haines as well. We would stay here again without question.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation is as described and even better. With easy access to the highway directly to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything you needed to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!

Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
