Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the countryside. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. Commerces, restauration, cinéma, piscine nordique, stade Motoball et grandes surfaces à moins de 5 mn en voiture. À 45 mn de Center parc. Marché en centre ville jeudi et dimanche matin. Axe Paris Bordeaux (A10) à 10min, gare TGV de Poitiers à 15min.

The house is conveniently located near Futuroscope (9 km, 15 minutes by car) Lidl and Super U supermarkets are just 1 km away, and U Express, a bakery, and a pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away. In the city center of the village of Maillé (Maison du Souvenir) close to the train station, access to Tours in 30 minutes, this ideally located house will allow you to make many visits (castles, futuroscope, Beauval Zoo, walks, hikes and troglodyte valleys less than 1 hour away). Access is facilitated by the fact that it is located an 8-minute drive from exit 25 of Highway A 10.

Each corner has been thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All this is just 5 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Arena.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
