Hi. This is studio36. It is cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine.
