The île de Ré is a picturesque island located south of Brittany, in the Atlantic Ocean, off the beautiful city of La Rochelle. A bridge links the island to the mainland. The climate is pleasant due to the presence of the Gulf Stream. Summers are warm and sunny. The island is famous for oysters and ideal for bike enthusiasts. Our home is located in the "North " part of the island. We are close to the ocean. Ars en Re has been voted one of the prettiest villages in France!

The apartment includes a living room with a lounge/sleeping area and a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, fridge, espresso machine), and a bathroom. A free private parking space is available for your convenience.

It is an apartment with its own independent access. It is spacious with 2 large bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom and a living room with open kitchen which is equipped with all comforts. All this is equipped with sliding doors and adapted in such a way that it is very suitable for people in a wheelchair. It also has a terrace of about 50 m2 overlooking the beautiful rolling landscape of the Limousin.
