We had family in town for graduation and Amy’s place checked all the boxes for us. Plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The bedrooms were roomy and cozy. Our little nephew loved the well-stocked bookcase that allowed him to have a different story every night. The trampoline and outside space were wonderful. We even used the barbecue. Would definitely recommend!

We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Property had amazing views. Inside was beautiful and very clean. Pond and river was nice. Host was quick with any question we had. would recommend.10/10

Excellent spot for a bigger group to go. The whole house is very nice. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the house. If my group decides to go back up to the area we would love to stay here again.

The accommodation was cozy, spacious and clean. Parking is conveniently located next to the apartment. Communication with Gabe was prompt and helpful. I would stay here again!

Robert’s place was the perfect getaway for me calm, quiet, and peaceful. Everything was perfect, the space was cozy and neat, it had everything I needed for a few days away. Quick drive to the harbor with lots to do if one chooses. Hoping to make it back there soon.

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

My partner and I stayed here while visiting some friends in Portland and had a lovely time. After staying at Dan’s place I have higher expectations for future Airbnb stays! Besides the house’s charm, it was sooooo clean and comfortable. Though the weather was chilly and rainy during our visit, the house was cozy and we made great use of the wood stove. We did minimal cooking, but the kitchen seemed sufficient for your average meal. And honestly, the best part was not having a list of chores to complete at check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

My partner and I absolutely loved staying here! We came to Bath for the weekend and feel so lucky to have sound this spot. Carrie was a great host, and even loaned us an umbrella when the weekend rain would have otherwise dampened our plans to walk into town. The place was tastefully furnished (unlike some of the cheap IKEA-overload spots we've stayed in before) and showed signs of beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout. The bedroom was dreamy, and the clawfoot tub in the bathroom made for a relaxing and romantic evening. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed (although a larger cutting board would have made out meal prep a bit easier), and we enjoyed watching all kind of wildlife in the backyard as we ate our meals. After our first sty here we are sure we'll be back next year. Thank you Carrie and family!!

Sarah’s place was perfect for my stay. It was very clean, nicely decorated, easily accessed & had a kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking equipment plus oil, salt & sugar - things too often missing from Airbnbs. Particularly appreciated Sarah accommodating my last-minute reservation. Bonus= a beautiful long walk up the road past orchards, an old cemetery. I’ll happily stay at Sarah’s place again next time I’m in the area!

Great stay

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay in Brunswick! Extremely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops. Clean and bright space with spacious bedrooms (enough space to throw a pack-and-play in one of the bedrooms). Beds were comfortable and living room/kitchen good for socializing! Bonus — you can also access the Androscoggin River path for a nearby dose of nature and water. This is the second location of Spencer’s we’ve stayed in (the other about two years ago) and both stays were awesome. Highly recommend for a trip to Brunswick!

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
