There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Near the apartment there is a ski resort in Teplice (7 km) and a ski resort in Petříkovice (25 km). The apartment is part of the house and has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with a fridge, two-burner stove and hood. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 2. Stone terrace with table and chairs overlooking Ostaš.
