Willkommen in meinem kleinen Haus mitten in den Weingärten von Neustift am Walde. Am Grund habe ich Obst und Wein gepflanzt. Das Holzhaus wurde von mir liebevoll renoviert und den heutigen Wohnstandards angepasst. Im Erdgeschoss gelangt man durch einen Vorraum zu einem Schlafraum, einer Essecke und WC, Küche und Bad mit Dusche. Das Obergeschoss teilt sich in einen Schlafraum mit Balkon und ein Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt W-Lan und SAT-TV. Wein und Essen gibt es beim benachbarten Heurigen.

The owner's house was the cattle shepherd's house from 1913-71. In the fall of 2013, a complete renovation was carried out, preserving the original appearance of the building. So it ducks from the street with small windows and opens to the right of the front door (after distancing from walls and the ceiling) into a spacious, light-flooded kitchen/living/dining room of 70 m ². In the ex-stage on the left, there are bedrooms, bathroom, toilet with windows in the 1500 m ² garden.

Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
