It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Newly renovated house with garden in a quiet location on the edge of the Vienna Woods. Large garden with terrace and barbecue. In the house of approx. 95 m2, there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The proximity to the trade fair city of Tulln (about 10 minutes) , to Vienna (about 30 minutes by car or by train from Tullnerfeld train station), the Vienna Woods and also to the Wachau (about 40 minutes) offers numerous opportunities for excursions.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Quietly located yet in the middle of the 7th Bzk

Newly renovated, bright and quiet 58 m2 old apartment in a quiet location in the 7th district. Optimal connection via Bim and subway to all districts. Elevator available; as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a new washing machine. Numerous recommended restaurants, coffee houses and shops are right on the doorstep - as well as a bakery, an (organic) supermarket, a pharmacy and drugstores. The MuseumsQuartier and the first district in general are only a 15-minute walk away.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
