Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. FIRST-CLASS CITY APARTEMENT The sophisticated 2-Bedroom city apartment (56 sqm) is located in a typical Viennese apartment building (“Wiener Zinshaus”) which was completely renovated and restored in 2017/2018. In November 2018 the renovated apartment could be lived in for the first time (!) again, therefore all equipment and furniture is brand-new. The elegant and contemporary design of the apartment meets high quality requirements and modern living standards.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
