This place is truly special! We would spend our vacation there again at any time. Super nicely furnished and decorated, everything you need for daily needs is available and everything is super clean. The pool with waterfall is also great and we felt very comfortable. Of course, this was also due to Ivan and his wife, who are simply wonderful hosts. Very friendly and totally helpful! If we had a question, the two of them supported us very well and also had great tips for activities and restaurants. You can only wish for such landlords and such a breathtaking apartment for your vacation! We think we'll be back. :-) Zadar is a beautiful city and is very centrally located for excursions.

The apartment was so beautiful and looked brand new , very clean and free of clutter. Lots of windows with pretty views of old town-we walked everywhere as everything is so close.

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

We were 4 adults and 3 children in the beautiful house of Margita in Sukošan. Margita, who had prepared homemade Croatian delicacies for the reception and Zoram, who checked the pool every day and is very nice, are loving and honest people. In the house and on the entire property with pool and many relaxation possibilities, nothing was missing. Margita's excursion tips were very helpful and for all questions, there was immediately a nice answer. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back...

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. For a family of 10 we had so much space . Lots of facilities in both parts of the villa but we generally cooked downstairs and was so homely . Beds very comfortable and home had air conditioning . Local shops and big supermarket so could eat in or go out . We had two hire cars so went to plitvice lakes which is well worth the visit and also split .

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

This was the perfect location, within walking distance to the town but far enough outside that it was peaceful and quiet. It was very convenient to have a market and bakery within walking distance as well. The views were even better than the pictures and everything was as described, the washing machine was also very helpful for us as we have been traveling for a long time. Overall we had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back in the future. PS. If you stay here, make sure to try Bistro Luce&Brigita and ONA for dinner!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We have stayed in many rental apartments/villas over the years and this one is definitely at the top end of our list. The bedrooms are both a good size with comfy beds and lots of wardrobe and draw space with air conditioning. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever had, the two shower rooms are well lit and have products for you to use, the lounge is very bright and airy and we used Netflix (with our own account). The self check in was simple as Gordana gave us the code before we arrived, and she messaged us to check everything was okay. We walked everywhere from the apartment as it is very close to the bridge across into the old town. Below the apartment is a supermarket with two others very close by.There are bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants a very short walk away, and the old town has many places to eat and drink. Zadar old town is very pretty and interesting and well worth a visit. Ignore the approach to the apartment as it is great inside.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Maja’s apartment is absolutely perfect and furnished to a very high standard. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and short walking distance to a supermarket, a taxi to the old town cost €5 so we didn’t need a car. Maja was always available to answer any questions really quickly. When we arrived there were drinks in the fridge including wine which was lovely. There is also hand soap, shower gel and hair/ body wash in all 3 bathrooms. Plenty of towels, even for the sun beds and hot tub. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.
