Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

In a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find our cozy attic apartment in a large wooden house, once a bakery. In summer, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural setting: eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax. The apartment has its own entrance and there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Dogs are welcome, we have a large friendly herding dog.

The separate area with its own entrance offers 18 m2 of space for two people with everything you need, as well as a small terrace with garden. A covered parking space and a garage for parking and loading bicycles or skis is included.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
