Recently renovated! This apartment now has a bathroom, small kitchen and a private entrance. Can be used for work or family vacations. It is located as an extension of the house with access to the main house. The room has 55” tv in the bedroom and 65” tv in the living room. You will also have access to the rest of the home which includes billiards table, patio with barbecue and laundry facilities. You’re a 15 minutes drive to the ocean. We provide chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach.

Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard.
