A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Cette jolie maison de plain pied vous séduira certainement par sa proximité des plages, chemins côtiers et les commerces.(5 minutes en voiture). Vous trouverez une jolie terrasse au calme avec un petit jardin. La situation de ce logement est très bien placée pour visiter la région.(Concarneau est à 10min, Pont Aven à 15 min, Quimper 30 min) Si vous aimez marcher vous pourrez directement rejoindre le sentier GR34 de la maison.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).

Our house has two bedrooms upstairs (one with a 180*200 bed and the other with two 90*200 beds, convertible to 180*200). On the ground floor, a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay (sheets, towels, bathrobes etc...)
