The cottage is intended for 2 people on vacation wanting a quiet base in the countryside. Located in Mahalon, Brittany in southern Finistère, close to the cottage, Audierne, Douarnenez, Pont Croix, Cape Sizun and its beautiful hikes on coastal trail (GR34). Come and discover the beautiful landscapes of the bay, its beaches, natural, historical and legendary heritage. Cape Sizun is also about tasting local specialties. Minimum 2 nights. From October to March, minimum 3 night stays.

APARTMENT LOCATED 50 METERS FROM THE SEA

Come and rest and recharge your batteries in Audierne, a small seaside resort with 3600 inhabitants. Visit the Pointe du Raz, the Bay of the Dead (surfing), Pointe du Van and take the boat to the pier of Saint Evette and sail to the island of Sein. Walk past the lighthouse of La Vielle. After this good trip, sit down around some good pancakes or enjoy a good seafood platter. Then settle down in our 70 m2 apartment only 50 meters from the sea, where you can have a swim.

A haven between the sea and the river

Située en sud-Finistère à quelques kilomètres de la Pointe du Raz, dans le Cap Sizun, cette vieille longère en pierre, trouvée à l’état de ruine et restaurée avec des matériaux éco-responsables, domine la vallée du Goyen. Un accès direct aux sentiers de randonnée longeant le fleuve côtier permet d’accéder à pied à la cité médiévale de Pont -croix. Elle dispose de trois chambres dont une en mezzanine avec canapé-lit. Jardin et terrasse privatifs clos de murs.

80 m² 2012 house in a quiet neighborhood, functional and all ground floor on a south view on the 400 m² flowery and tree full closed garden. Queen size (160x200) bed in the room, induction unit for cooking. The place is located 2 km from beaches, shops, restaurants in Audierne joined by a 5 min drive, or by a 15 min walk. You will be closed to a footpath following the "Goyen" river to the middle age town of Pont Croix.

The house was renovated at the end of 2018, it faces south. Access is from the street by an entrance with about twenty steps, overlooks the enclosed garden and then the house. It consists of a separate kitchen on the ground floor, a bright 30 m² living-dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. A terrace as well as deck chairs and a barbecue are at your disposal.

Traversez: vous êtes sur la plage. La Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classée Meublé de Tourisme) vous propose un rez-de-jardin de choix disposant d’une cour privée équipée. Les deux autres étages restent strictement privés, et ne font pas partie de la location.

My accommodation is close to the historic Croix Bridge, all shops, the towpath along the Goyen River, 5 km from the beaches and 20 minutes by car from the Raz and Van points. You will appreciate my accommodation for its spaces and its authenticity, its enclosed and wooded garden, its comfort with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, its bias of space, ease of living there.
