Queen size (160x200) bed in the room, induction unit for cooking. The place is located 2 km from beaches, shops, restaurants in Audierne joined by a 5 min drive, or by a 15 min walk. You will be closed to a footpath following the "Goyen" river to the middle age town of Pont Croix.

The house was renovated at the end of 2018, it faces south. Access is from the street by an entrance with about twenty steps, overlooks the enclosed garden and then the house. It consists of a separate kitchen on the ground floor, a bright 30 m² living-dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. A terrace as well as deck chairs and a barbecue are at your disposal.

My accommodation is close to the historic Croix Bridge, all shops, the towpath along the Goyen River, 5 km from the beaches and 20 minutes by car from the Raz and Van points. You will appreciate my accommodation for its spaces and its authenticity, its enclosed and wooded garden, its comfort with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, its bias of space, ease of living there.

A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, recently restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river provides walking access to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
