Really great place in a beautiful location. Cristina and Nancy were super helpful and provided everything needed for our quick one night stay. Just wish we had more time to enjoy it! Would definitely come back and recommend.

Stefania and Ralph are not only the best hosts, but the friendliest and most caring people we have ever met. They truly do everything possible to make you feel like this beautiful place is your home. Stefania seems to truly love being a host and goes out of her way to do whatever she can for you. Honestly, the pictures don't do justice for how amazing the view really is. My friend and I spent the entire weekend on the balcony reading, drinking wine, eating pasta, taking pictures, and especially enjoying the complete peace and quiet. The village of Palaia is also the cutest and safest location for a perfect Tuscan countryside weekend. Can't thank you enough Stefania!

Thankyou Brian (and family) for what was an unforgettable magical experience. The villa far surpassed all our expectations. The villa is beyond beautiful and oozes rustic charm, perfect for a large group. Rooms were clean and with beautiful views (on the top floor) to wake up to, so much so that it felt like a dream. Bathrooms were lovely and higher spec than expected for such an old building. swimming pool serves it's purpose, but it's in a gorgeous garden amongst olive groves....stunning. Brian and family were the perfect balance of keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed whilst ensuring that we felt we had the place to ourselves, a perfectly ran operation. We arranged a dinner one evening in the house cooked by Brian's mother which was an amazing experience to enjoy such a wonderful setting with friends. thank you Brian! we already hope to return in future.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa è pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare, pulire e vivere in totale comodità. Il self check-in è stato molto comodo e veloce, così come il check-out, grazie alle istruzioni chiare e precise fornite da Giovanni, il proprietario, sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a rispondere al telefono per qualsiasi dubbio o esigenza. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità lontano dal caos delle grandi città, ma comunque comoda: in circa 45/50 minuti d’auto si raggiungono facilmente città come Firenze o Pisa. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, e per la nostra prossima gita in Toscana non abbiamo dubbi: torneremo sicuramente qui! Grazie ancora, Giovanni!

L'emplacement est très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane. La voiture et les vélos étaient en sécurité dans le parking privé et fermé. Le logement, très fonctionel, est tranquille et sans nuisance. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain ainsi que l'agencement du logement. Quant à la cuisine, elle est parfaite; on aurai aimé un grille pain et une cafetière qui fonctionne (l'une était avec des capsules introuvables, l'autre était totalement entartrée). Heureusement nous avions la notre! Pour les francophones intéressés par le logement, je ne peux que le conseiller. J'espère que vous aurez les instructions en français. Antonella’s is a charming, quiet, and comfortable home in the Tuscan hills. We enjoyed many lovely meals on the deck overlooking the countryside during our two week stay. A car and a good navigation system are necessary here. Many small medieval towns, Florence, and the beaches are an hour or more away. If you park in one of lots on the outskirts of Florence, you can take the train or bus into the city to avoid parking downtown where it’s very crowded. The nearby towns, such as San Gimignano, Vinci, Deruta (the spot to buy pottery) all have public parking lots. If you appreciate quiet and quaint away from crowds, this is the place!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber, geräumig und ausreichend möbliert. Schön wäre lediglich eine Sitzgruppe auf einem der Balkone und etwas mehr Küchenutensilien. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, Parkplätze sind an der Straße vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ca. 8 Gehminuten von einem kleinen Supermarkt entfernt, eine empfehlenswerte Pizzeria befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ins Zentrum von Empoli läuft man ca. 20, zum Bahnhof etwa 28 min. Empoli ist mit dem Zug gut an Florenz und Siena angebunden. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe war jederzeit hervorragend, er hat sich frühzeitig um (in unserem Fall notwendige) Absprachen zum Check-In gekümmert und war schnell erreichbar. In der Wohnung sind zudem einige Hinweisschilder mit hilfreichen Informationen angebracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück in diese wunderbare Wohnung!
