Detached house on three levels. Ground floor used as a kitchen with fireplace, first floor with sofa bed and bathroom and second floor with bedroom. It is located in a strategic position as it is only a few km from the most renowned ski areas (50 km from Roccaraso - 50 km from Capracotta - 50 km from Campitello Matese). The village is quiet and there are trails for trekking. From the village, you can also hike on the rivers and lakes in the area.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
