An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a family house, has a separate entrance, and a dedicated parking space. It is suitable for families with children, people with reduced mobility, and pets are also accepted.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In front of your front door, you enter the meadows directly, listen to the birds, the insects and the sound of the stream. From here you have optimal opportunities to hike, climb and chill in the World Natural Heritage Dolomites/Rosengarten. The village with shops and restaurants is a five-minute drive away.
