Holiday rentals in Pontine Islands

Very nice stay in Sperlonga in Daniele's apartment. Wonderful view of the sea, beach on foot in 5 minutes. Apartment has everything necessary and is modern, simple and nicely furnished. Thanks a lot!

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. This was important because, even though "villa" might make you think that you rented an entire house for yourself, it actually is an apartment on the upper floor of the house. The owners live on the ground floor and the relatives in the apartment next door. You do get enough privacy, and have an ample terrace area for yourself. But it's important to know this setup to manage expectations. The views are really spectacular. If the weather is nice, staying on the terrace or balcony is all you need for a fantastic experience. If you want to spend time inside, the quality of life is not as luxurious however. The amaneties are quite basic, but everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are good, but there is no real living room or comfortable place to hang out. There are a lot of steps, which we didn't mind. I gave 5 stars because it was worth it and very pretty

This is such an amazing place to stay if you’re coming to Ischia. A very peaceful and beautiful setting in Forio. Beautiful plants surrounding individual cabins and a pool. Giancarlo is an excellent host who was incredibly helpful with whatever we needed and very knowledgeable about the island, gave us some fantastic tips which we didn’t know about which made our trip! We will recommend to all our friends and we hope to return soon. If you this is your first in time in ischia, you must stay here!

Chiara and her team were amazingly helpful and very responsive to our many requests/needs! We brought our boys for the first time to Italy and they went above and beyond making sure we had a crib and gates where needed and treated the boys like family. The one downside to the villa was that many restaurants and attractions are not walkable/it wasn't as easy to get a taxi with our kids as it would have been for just two adults. We would do more research beforehand next time and most likely rent a car next time as a lot of the attractions that we visited were about 15-20 minutes away! We did walk down to the beach and a couple of restaurants near the beach but it was not the easiest walk with kids and is on a tight street. However, we do highly recommend the botanical gardens across the street - they were amazing even for two kids under 4!

Bruno is the best host you could ask for when using Air bnb! What makes it even better is his love and excitement for you to really enjoy Ponza and have the best time, you can feel he takes a lot of pride in ensuring everyone has the best time in Ponza and he does everything he can to help that as well! The apartment is much bigger than the photos look, the apartment is very clean, the balcony has a fantastic view and the kitchen it perfect for cooking your dinner and eating it on the balcony watching the sunset. The walk to the beach and port is 6-7 minutes maximum, up and down hills. The location is perfect for staying on Ponza and very easy access to the bus which is 2.50 euro one way and can get you to all the beaches on the island in under 20 minutes. Bruno also sorted out restaurants for us and boat rides for us. He went above and beyond as a host and we cannot wait to come back to Ponza and stay here again 100%! Evelyn's Pool Garden and the experience provided by Giuseppe are one of a kind. If you are traveling to Ischia and the place is available, just book it-- you will be thankful you did. Forio is wonderful in itself and is a great location to stay for all the sights you will want to see on Ischia. We agree with all the rave reviews provided by other guests and are looking forward to the day we can return to this beautiful island and villa. Thanks Giuseppe for a magical holiday!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. A nerve center for all the activities that the island has to offer I traveled in August with my family, highly recommended

La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is a gem—peaceful, spacious, and extremely well-located! The house is right on the beach, with gorgeous private outdoor space to take in the Ischian sun. It truly felt like paradise. Case in point: we fell asleep each night to the sound of waves lapping gently on the shore, with gentle breezes helping us drift to sleep. Umberto, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! Responsive, kind, and provided wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants that were all top-notch. In short: I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie per tutti, Umberto—era un piacere!!!
