Holiday rentals with beach access in Ponza

Super nice accommodation with wonderful sea views. Perfect for beautiful and relaxing holidays for two! Air conditioning top, kitchen with good basic equipment, fly screens on all windows and view of the sea even directly from the bed. The whole property as well as the cottage are very well maintained, clean and furnished with heart. We felt comfortable right from the start. Alfredo as a host was always available and had a quick and satisfactory solution for all problems. Small shop, various sea accesses (snorkeling!) and restaurants within walking distance. In addition, there is almost always a bus that you can take to explore the whole island. Ponza is a real discovery for us, especially in the off-season! Happy to come back - Grazie Alfredo!

The area is beautiful, the house is very nice. A few meters away they rent the barchini and you can take the boat taxi to Frontone.

the apartment is in a great location, close to the port but away from the noise of the same, the beach in front is worth it. All in a clean, complete and tidy environment with the necessary comforts

I stayed with my Fidanzato for 5 days. We booked the last week of September , a great time to tour Ponza in peace without the chaos of tourism , in addition we found Alfredo an exquisite person who was always available full of tips that helped us organize the holiday at its best and was able to visit the whole island also thanks to the scooter that offers you at an affordable price... both the accommodation from Alfredo and the island of Ponza are highly recommended, if we had to come back I would definitely know where to stay , Thank you for the magnificent vacation.

I could not recommend this stat enough! The view and this island was spectacular for me to solo travel as well! I will definitely be back! Alfredo was the best host I have ever had, he was extremely accommodating, helpful and even shared a meal with his friends with me, made me feel very welcome on the island. It was an amazing stay and Alfredo did everything to help!

The apartment was very comfortable and with a beautiful view of Palmarola. Maria was always available and the house had all the comforts. The area is very quiet and the cove below the house is beautiful and easy to access. I think we'll be back!

We are very satisfied with our experience and treatment with Simone and his father in Ponza. The apartment is nice, clean and has a superb patio with lots of space, furniture, fruit trees and shade. Simone communicated well and was flexible in terms of check-in and responded lightning fast when we had questions or sought recommendations for restaurants, beaches, grocery store and more. We can highly recommend this home. Very nice area and you can't find a friendlier host.

Claudio was a brilliant host, offered lots of recommendations and was really helpful. The accommodation was in a fabulous and convenient location. The bed linen and towels were beautifully clean and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, the beds were very comfortable and everything was just as listed. We would love to stay there again.

the accommodation is in a fantastic location to visit the island, Cala Fuente (rocks equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas) reachable on foot is a small corner of paradise. The bus stop a short distance away allows you to easily visit the island without the use of your own means, the fact that both at the end is not discounted especially in periods of high season, there is always a place. The view from the terrace in front of the accommodation is wonderful, you can dine in front of fantastic sunsets. Excellent management of the agency, very efficient, and the hospitality of the owners who made us feel at home. Not recommended for those who have walking problems for the numerous stairs and descents (typical of an island such as Ponza) , highly recommended to all others. We will definitely be back!

The apartment reserved for an unexpected event was not available but Mrs. Giovanna welcomed us into an even better apartment. We spent a week relaxing. Fantastic view of the bay , the most beautiful beaches and coves easily accessible by bus and moped. A stone's throw from supermarkets, tobacco and bars. Very positive experience and a special thank you to Mrs. Giovanna's kindness. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has a terrace with a breathtaking view. The bus stop under the house allows you to move easily without renting a means to move around the island. Davide, the owner is extremely helpful and kind, he offered us valuable tips for the stay.

My boyfriend and I returned to Gaetanina and Antonio's for the second time and we had a great time. We recommend staying here.

Simone was very kind, he recommended all the places of interest, very nice and central house in the Santa Maria area within walking distance of the bus stop, a 20-minute walk to the port. Lovely vacation, with a comfortable apartment for two, highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, brand new and very well maintained. The two bathrooms are a real plus: spacious and comfortable, perfect for a stay with more people. The location of the property is fantastic: a few steps from the center, with two excellent restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and with the shuttle stop that runs all over the island right outside the house — a priceless convenience. Another noteworthy plus is undoubtedly the terrace, with a breathtaking view of the port. Special thanks to the host, Pietro, who was very kind and always available. Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use.
