At the entrance a double bedroom, kitchen, fridge and 1 bathroom, second double bedroom,large independent courtyard,TV,waifa air conditioning. Walk to downtown harbor, beaches, 50 meters of groceries, boat rentals and scooters, boardwalks, bars/restaurants. Next door there is a tourist accommodation in Santa Maria da Lucia itself, another independent apartment. There are no minors without parents.
