The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

The popular village of Porlock, with local shops, pubs and restaurants, is 1 mile away and the picturesque harbour at Porlock Weir a short walk.

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Cosy, romantic en suite Shepherd's hut, with double bed and wood burning stove, set in a private orchard with garden on the edge of the village of Porlock. Private access. We do not provide breakfast but there is a fridge. We are 5 minutes walk to pubs and tea rooms and 10 minutes walk to beach. Tents can be pitched for children on request for a small extra fee. There is a shower in the en-suite, towels are provided, and soap. there are electrical sockets and tea and coffee, and milk

“Rex the Bus” Quirky and fun bus conversion.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

Boatman's Cottage is a delightful stylish cottage tucked away in the centre of the wonderful Exmoor village of Porlock. Believed to date back to the 1890s, this cottage is part of a small terrace originally built for boatbuilders and their families. The cottage row is described in the Historic Exmoor record as 'having a pleasing sense of seclusion' and it certainly does, yet a short walk along the mediaeval Drang and you are in the heart of the wonderful Porlock Village.

You will find The Studio just off the High Street of Porlock in its own peaceful courtyard garden. It is suitable for two adults and baby, dogs are welcome. The Studio is a stone's throw from shops, pubs and a fish and chip shop. A short drive or a longer walk and your on Exmoor - choose to go on a safari, mountain biking, walking, horse riding, or simply watching the sun go down at Porlock Weir with a glass of wine. It is situated on the edge of Minehead bay with panoramic views over the Bristol Channel to the islands of Steepholm and Flatholm and the Welsh coastline. It is just steps from the start of the South West Coast Path and a perfect location for a family holiday. Walks from the front door give quick access to the Exmoor National Park on North Hill.
