AMAZING VIEW! Direct beach access, private, super clean, and very clear instructions. Hosts were kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and loved the location. Very close to the beach and a quick drive to plenty of restaurants. The hosts were very helpful when I needed to change our check out date last minute. We would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

Tranquility Suites is ideally located for exploring the Melbourne area and Archie Carr national wildlife refuge. The beaches are quiet, with plenty of outdoor activities available like hiking and fishing. Mark's place is comfortable, well equipped and perfect for a multi-day stay. Hope to return again soon!

Place was just as shown. We loved that it was right at the beach and great food and great live music. Connie and Alan were very responsive when asked questions .

Perfect for a party of 6. Stayed for one night to get on a ship the next day. Much nicer than a hotel.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We can't say enough wonderful things about this place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect — tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whether we were exploring nearby attractions, grabbing a bite, or just soaking in the sun, we were never more than a short drive or walk away. As for the house itself... wow. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home. We can say with full confidence the house had everything we needed!

This is our second time staying in Corey’s beautiful home and it accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. It’s clean and spacious. Big yard for kids to kick a soccer ball around, and our oldest went fishing off the pier. Only recommendation is to pack bug spray. 10/10

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We had a blast and will return a

very clean and just right for the 2 of us. short walk to the beach. hose outside to rinse off when coming back from the beach.

This was our second time staying here and our visit was just as great as the first time. The location is very convenient, especially for visiting my family. The kitchen and living room are on the smaller side but they function just fine. The bedrooms are spacious and probably my favorite thing about this property is how well stocked it is. If you forgot something, they just might have you covered. We would definitely stay here again.

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at Ivars and Stephanie's place and we absolutely loved it. We were traveling for a short beach vacation and a little longer Disney stay and we wanted to be at the beach for as long as we could. Ivars and Stephanie were so accommodating and allowed us to have a later checkout on our last day which we are so grateful for. The location of this place is so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it's a quiet and safe area and the condo is just as described. Also less than 1 mile from a Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay, lots of restaurants, the boardwalk is super short drive, and a great putt putt/go cart place is just down the road too! Super clean, all the things you would need were provided, and beach items included in that! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. Great host and she provided immediate response to any questions we had. Thank you.

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect the location, neighborhood was quiet I felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, place was very clean. Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. The property we stayed at was neat and clean. They had beach chairs and a cute table set to be able to sit outside (we didn't but it was a nice touch). Perfect location (literally one block from the beach) and we were able to walk in the mornings for exercise, etc. Close proximity to the area attractions and restaurants, stores, etc. We would definitely stay again in the future.
