Erin was an amazing host! She was flexible with our needs and provided great service & communication. I would highly recommend checking out the units she has at Cocoa Beach! Clean, welcoming and the location is perfect! There was everything supply wise needed to cook and no worry about bringing sheets/ towels. Walk across the street to the path through the sand dune and you are on the beach. This is also away from the tourist area and not crowded on the beach. Great value for the price and excellent host and team!! Looking to book more units next visit and bring my kids and grandkids. Thank you for a great experience.

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. We had a great time in Kathleen’s Big Blue House- apparently all our needs were anticipated, even the tiniest detail! Kathleen was extremely helpful, and replied rapidly to every question. The private hot tub, dock, hammock and outdoor shower- along with the charming unit, itself, were perfect. Inside and out, Kathleen creates a welcoming, cozy, pleasing space. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed, towels and linens were just right!😊 We loved the outside swing and chairs -perfect for hanging loose, having a cup of coffee , watching awesome sunrises and moonrises (until moonrise came later!), as well as the Osprey fledglings, various other birds, lizards, frogs and fishes dolphins, sting rays, and more! Kathleen and her staff made our time thoroughly agreeable. It was convenient to have all the necessities in place- although we didn’t do any cooking, everything needed was there! Toiletries were also available- as well as some books and games! Thank you, Kathleen!

Place was in a perfect location to walk to the beach and all the local shops and nightlife. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. Clean, perfect space to prepare food and relax!

An unparalleled experience, the beautiful house, close to the beach and super generous attention

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

We had initially rented a place for our six day vacation/cousin’s wedding. When we arrived to the initial rental, it was not as pictured on Airbnb. My husband needed a recliner to sleep, as he has a bad back and can’t lay flat in a bed. The initial rental pictured a recliner that was not there when we arrived. We found Deb’s place on Airbnb with a reclining sofa/sectional that was very comfortable! She worked with us to get us all set up for her rental even though it was a last minute booking. Everything went smooth and fast with the booking. It was as described, plus better! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed from our plane flight for our stay and very comfortable! The condo was conveniently located to the wedding venue at NASA. Also, very convenient to other attractions and lots of good restaurants. Our favorite restaurant that we ate at almost every day was Atlantic Seafood, fresh, local seafood. Definitely will return.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs and this one was by far the best experience I’ve had. The plan was to make it to Orlando a day early to go out and enjoy before we left for our cruise, one we made it to the house, Carol was so nice, helpful and welcoming, the home was so comfortable and the whole home itself was so peaceful we decided to not go anywhere! Sitting in the back watching the fish, swinging on the swing, watching the roosters was exactly what we needed. And the host was one of the most beautiful helpful people I ever met in life. Everytime I visit Orlando I will be looking to stay there!

This was an amazing stay-cation for me and my family, we had an awesome time, we spent most of the time in the pool which was fantastic. Tha place was very clean and just as described on Nick's property. Great restaurants just few minutes away from it. Great place!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

This is our second time staying in Corey’s beautiful home and it accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. It’s clean and spacious. Big yard for kids to kick a soccer ball around, and our oldest went fishing off the pier. Only recommendation is to pack bug spray. 10/10

Perfect stay prior to our cruise. Just a few minutes from port canaveral. House was clean, comfortable and fun. Great location. Fun games and refreshing pool.

9 of us stayed the day before a cruise. House was very nice had room for all of us with no issues at all. Only there for a few hours due to flight delays but had no issues at all. Very quiet area, restaurants very close by along with store if you need to get anything. If we are in the area again will definitely be looking to rebook

We traveled with our 3- and 4-year-old kids, and everything was wonderful. The place is cozy and quiet, very clean and beautiful. It’s close to the ocean, which was perfect. Honestly, we have no words — everything was just the way we hoped and planned. We’re definitely planning to come back again!

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at Ivars and Stephanie's place and we absolutely loved it. We were traveling for a short beach vacation and a little longer Disney stay and we wanted to be at the beach for as long as we could. Ivars and Stephanie were so accommodating and allowed us to have a later checkout on our last day which we are so grateful for. The location of this place is so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it's a quiet and safe area and the condo is just as described. Also less than 1 mile from a Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay, lots of restaurants, the boardwalk is super short drive, and a great putt putt/go cart place is just down the road too! Super clean, all the things you would need were provided, and beach items included in that! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Perfect place to catch our breath after our first ever family cruise. Easy drive from the cruise ports, Kennedy Space Center, lots of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything you could need and more, the brita pitcher saved us from needing to stock up on bottled water (our family goes through a lot of water), and the coffee pot was perfect with duel k-cup and drip carafe. So many fun games that we didn't even get to but wished we had, kids had plenty of toys to play with. Laundry is not in the unit but there is coin laundry on both levels so we never had to wait on a washer/dryer. Beach is a block away, easy walk, and plenty of room to spread out unlike many beaches we've been to where it feels like everyone is a foot away from your space. Rowina provides all the beach essentials... camping chairs, beach toys, bodyboards, beach towels, and I believe I saw an umbrella in there but we brought our own shade. Only thing I wish I had brought was my surfboard. Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!

The condo was so nice! We greatly enjoyed our time there and loved being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. The property and building grounds were very well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. We saw two space launches from the beach during our stay, and I think they had a couple more that we missed. The atmosphere was laid back and quiet, but within a short driving distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities. We traveled to Orlando and Daytona Beach, which were both only about an hour away. Our host Michelle was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
