The living room has a sofa, love seat, table with chairs, 50” television, and a dvd player with plenty of movies.

The second story two bedroom private apartment is 1 to 2 blocks away from the Jet Express, fishing charters, head boats, PC lighthouse, public beach, shopping, dining and night life. Order a meal and beverage to go and enjoy the live music in "The District" summer entertainment area.

Newly listed at Waterfront Condos with a great view of Lake Erie. Private beach, large pool overlooking the lake, playground, and within walking distance to the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton.
