Villa holiday rentals in Port d'Addaia

Our stay was just what we needed. The house is perfect. Very clean, roomy with many diffrent bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate different configurations or adults and kids and multiple families. The villiage is more for hotel guests and focused on tourists with some amenities and limited restaurants outside the hotels but there are lots of places within 15-30 mins driving to explore and the benefit is you are right at the beach!

Wow we don’t even know where to start. Rosa’s house was beyond beautiful. Every time we came back to the house after a day of exploring we felt so lucky to be staying there! The view is breathtaking, the pool was enjoyed by our entire family and the house was spotlessly clean. The welcome food and wine was so appreciative after a long day of flying. Fatima was so sweet and helpful both at check in and anytime we had a question. Our family of 4 had more than enough space and we could have happily stayed another week! You can tell both Rosa and Fatima take great pride in the villa. Menorca is a beautiful island with the most amazing food and beaches. We cannot wait to return and would not even think twice about staying anywhere else. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had a great time in Miguel's accommodation. The house has all the comforts. It is also very clean and looks nice and cozy. We were well received and received tips about the island. We would like to come back again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at Thomas' under a beautiful sun! The villa is incredible and Menorca seduced us! Small negative points: no basic necessities, bed linen in a bedroom too small, not enough toilet paper for 6 people for 1 week) but this does not detract from the quality of this accommodation. Thank you Thomas for this stay!

Had a fabulous family week. Fred and Hannah gave us extensive local information before we got there and were very responsive to any enquiries we had. They provided a cot bed for the baby which was in immaculate condition. The resort was peaceful and quiet but plenty to do and some great places to eat.

We were a family of 9 adults. Villa Rosa was perfect for us. The house and pool area was brilliantly arranged for relaxing and chilling out. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything, it was like a home from home. There was plenty for us to do. We had a superb meal at La Calita at Biniancolla, the setting is stunning. We also had a lovely boat trip with Alan and Black Lizard tours. He even took us to the lighthouse! Mahon and Cuitadella didn't disappoint and coming home to Villa Rosa made the holiday for us. Fantastic house in a quiet area near Ciudadela and the main coves of Menorca. Davide is very well Host who is always attentive and with very good directions.

Lovely host, felt settled and well informed. Provided lots of information when asked. Even provided 2 high chairs and 2 cots on request. Shops and restaurants were 25 min walk.

The villa was great and Nicolas was a very helpful host. Stunning blend of luxury and comfort. The interior is nice decorated, with spacious rooms that are very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the villas terrace. The private pool was another favourite feature, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat.location is also great! Overall, our stay was fabulous and we cant wait to return again.

We are delighted with our stay. The house is very beautiful, decor, amenities, dishes, linens, everything is spotless. The exteriors are very pleasant to live in as well. The location is great, close to a convenience store, and a short walk to the port but so pleasant. We loved it!

This villa is simply stunning. We’ve just had a great stay for a week at Christoff’s villa. Christoff was an incredibly responsive host who was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the endless views of the olive groves from the back of the villa - and spent each morning with a coffee in the sun soaking it in. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped with everything we could need and felt really luxurious with very comfortable beds. The toys in the villa were really enjoyed by the children. The large pool was blissful and cleaned twice while we were there. And the roof terrace where we enjoyed a couple of evening meals was the jewel in the crown. Great location - being peaceful and private but within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Couldn’t imagine finding a better villa. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay at Maria's villa. The pool was bigger than usual for a villa with plenty of space to relax around it. We visited in the May half-term and the unheated pool was plenty warm enough for swimming. There's an absolutely incredible small cove, just down the steps out the back garden of the property leading to a tranquil oasis where there is a small sandy beach and are many sunbathing spots on flat rocks with ladders into the sea. Our kids really loved exploring this and spotting fish and jumping in. There's a huge hotel unfortunately placed blocking any sea view at the villa, but no noise from it at all. Lots of shops, bars and even a waterpark in walking distance so very convenient for a family stay. The villa was extremely spacious and very clean and we enjoyed cooking bbqs many nights and eating on the terrace. A lovely property and extremely responsive host. Thanks for making our holiday a great one!

The house is really beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen equipped with all the tools for cooking. The swimming pool is truly beautiful. The host really friendly and always ready to respond very quickly.

This is a beautiful villa with amazing views. It was spotlessly clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. There were clear instructions on the use of the various amenities, including the air conditioning, which performed very well even in the 36-37C temperatures that we enjoyed! Stephen was very responsive to messages. He also left wine, beer and milk in the fridge for our arrival. Most thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Very clean house. Very light and airy. Needed help with a couple of things and Sarah responded immediately! Great local supermarket.

The house is just as described in the photos. The pool was spotless. Matthieu is very kind, he let us check out late since our flight was leaving at night. The only glue, there was no gel or shampoo and no toilet paper for every day. The kitchenware and furnishings of the house a little antique. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stay in May: Very quiet residential area in a neighborhood that is not very touristy. All beaches are accessible in 30 minutes by car. The house is very well maintained (clean, tidy) with lots of kitchen utensils, lots of linens, wifi that works very well. The pool is very spacious, a little cool :) We appreciate the two small bird nests on the terrace (with eggs!!!). Very nice view of the port of Addaia and quiet, serene, peaceful environment. Go there without so much as a second thought! Responsive host and even an on-call contact in case of emergency.

Jose and Marinella are really great hosts. Honestly, among the best I've ever met on my travels around the world. They are very friendly and helpful in giving valuable information to enjoy Menorca. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Well-organized spaces and attention to detail, the pool is very well maintained and clean like the whole house. I'll definitely be back!
