Had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s residence in Cairns in early June. The residence is located about 25 minutes the airport by car as well as the center of town and the marina where you can catch boats for excursions. So, you’ll need to drive or rent a taxi/Uber. The house is located Inside a gated community estate and there’s a code that you’ll need to give any arriving taxis. The treehouse itself was absolutely gorgeous, with three floors, multiple rooms, a pool, and surrounded by lush greenery. It felt like we were in a forest! If you’re adventurous, you can even take a private path to the beach and nearby cafes—but be warned, it can be treacherous! Overall, this was a great find. And our hosts were proactive with messages and suggestions that were quite helpful. The only regret we have is that we didn’t get to spend MORE time here!

Another brilliant stay at peaceful Coral Tides. This is our third and we live the accomodation so much. Everything is perfect including the setting, comfort snd presentation. The pool is a special bonus and hosts so welcoming. Thank you!

Thank you for an unforgettable stay, Jillian! Seascapes was such a peaceful place to be and my partner and I felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. I really appreciated all the little touches of home that you have made throughout the house. I had the best sleep of my life with the fresh air and soothing sounds of the rainforest, and it was just lovely to feel so isolated yet a short drive from some great attractions in the Daintree. Also, I need to buy myself a hammock now! I could have stayed in that hammock on the verandah with the ocean view for days on end haha. Thank you again for providing a welcome escape to nature.

Erina's place is a beautiful 1 bedroom Villa, that has everything we needed for our stay. It was pretty convenient to shops and restaurants.

This home is the epitome of relaxation, style, and wow factor. It has absolutely everything you could need - all the simple touches that make it feel like a home away from home. A short walk from the local hot spots. A view from the backyard that will make you want to stay forever. We had an amazing stay at Tanya’s beautiful 4-bedroom home in Port Douglas! The house was spacious, perfect for our family of four (including two teenagers), with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Having two lounge areas was a bonus, and the kitchen was great—it had everything we needed to cook our own meals after long days out. The pool was a highlight! It was exactly like the photos—sparkling clean and so inviting. Tanya gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, which we found really helpful. One of our favourite tips was to take a morning walk along the stunning 4 Mile Beach, just a short stroll down the street. The location was ideal, situated on a quiet street but only a 5-minute drive to town. We had a rental car, so it was easy to come and go, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a retreat. We recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped home with a great pool in a quiet, convenient location. Thank you, Tanya.

Beautiful setting. Very peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Lovely to have the living room/kitchen separate from the bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Nice to have a supermarket walking distance away.

We had a wonderful 6 nights enjoying a mother and teenage daughter get away. Beautifully appointed - had everything we needed. As an avid swimmer the pools were fabulous - each at least 75m wide and 25 m in width. No excuses not to swim daily. We made use of the scooters on site and also the shuttle bus service so even though we were a tad out of town we easily made it in on time to enjoy all of Port Douglas' amazing restaurants and the Marina. Kitchen facilities were great if you want to self cater, bedding and towels all clean, comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend - we will be back! Thank you Suzanne for a lovely stay!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay in Port Douglas, made better by the perfect accommodating nature of our host. Nadines place is tucked away on the corner of the main strip on the top floor to provide a beautiful view of the garden and sea. “Bella Vista” was the perfect choice to be right in the middle of all the goodness Port Douglas has to offer.

This was the perfect spot for six girlfriends wanting to relax, recharge, and spend quality time together in a beautiful location. The apartment is gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing! Everything is within walking distance, and we loved having access to the lagoon pool, spa, and gym. We had such a great time — would definitely recommend!

Ben’s place was the best and felt like home. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The place was peacful and we loved the privacy. We will definitely book again when we are back there. Thank you.

The view here was a panoramic look over the Coral Sea. We always looked forward to coming home from our excursions to the spacious apartment and terrace with a gorgeous setting.

We had such a beautiful stay at Casa Papaya! We especially loved eating breakfast on the balcony, listening to the soft sounds of the cafe below, and watching Macrossan Street come to life. It had a very Mediterranean vibe! The apartment was clean, exactly as described and in such a great location - walking distance to beach, shops, wharf. Michela was very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. It was the perfect spot for our honeymoon! Can’t wait to stay again!

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s apartment at 201 Lake Street, Cairns. The place was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing visit. It had everything I needed for a great stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. The building also had a pool and secure parking, which were great bonuses. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Esplanade, restaurants, shops, and the marina. Andrea was very easy to deal with—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the booking and stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

A wonderful location, close to central Port Douglas. The apartment and pool area were exemplary and a beautiful environment to relax in. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at an Air B&B. We would definitely stay again.

Andrew’s apartment is amazing, and a great find. It is furnished modern and extremely clean, and has lots thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Any communications we had with Andrew were responded by him promptly. The location is quiet, yet very close to amenities. We would highly recommend this property, and certainly will look to rebook when we are back in Cairns.

Great stay right in the heart of Palm Cove. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was VERY clean. The spa on the balcony makes it perfect for a couples retreat. It's a bit further back from the pool area which makes it more private. All the little things mattered too..like gym towels, coffee pods, tennis rackets etc. We will definitely stay here again. We stayed at the Resort for 6 months. During that time, we always felt comfortable and safe. Sandy and Isabell went out of their way to ensure that we were well looked after; for example, the fridge started playing up and was replaced immediately with a brand new one. The same happened with the washing machine and it too was immediately replaced with a brand-new model. Any queries we had were responded to immediately via the Airbnb message function and Isabell was kind enough to provide her personal mobile number to ensure easy and fast communications. The Resort is beautiful and has well-tended gardens and landscaping and numerous swimming pools. It was also very quiet and peaceful. :) The location of the Resort was ideal for us being close to the airport and a short drive to the CBD. It is also very close to the Botanic Gardens and the Cairns Esplanade. We would not hesitate to recommend the Resort as a beautiful location and Sandy & Isabell as perfect hosts.

This is such a beautiful unit & location, we only used it for two nights coming back from Japan. The block out blinds were amazing after our overnight flight to have a morning rest. Such great facilities, 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds & linen. The 2 bathrooms were handy with 5 adults & a 6 month old baby too. The coffee machine was a delight after being in Japan with their coffee. Such a relaxing outdoor veranda to drink coffee in the morning & have snacks in the afternoon looking over the pool. The area is quiet & the unit is well stocked & decorated that you feel at home. The guys were easy to communicate with our early morning arrival, leaving lights on & ensuring we had room for two cars which was very thoughtful. We definitely will use this unit again for a longer stay.
