This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

nice le port: renovated apartment in a secure residence with elevator and fiber. this accommodation has an entrance, a living room, an equipped open kitchen, a sleeping area, shower, toilet and laundry room. The living room has a sofa bed (194 X 140 cm bed), a dining table, TV and reversible air conditioning. (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) crib and baby chair upon request (to be specified when booking).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with views, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is quietly located, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, ideal for waking up to birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes to the reserve beach and about ten minutes to the tram.
