It is in a quiet area away from the noise. * There is a 2 minute walk to the Place Rosetti and Cathedral, a 5 minute walk to the beach via Cours Saleya flower market. Buses, trams and trains are all nearby.

My apartment is located at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bicycles are located right in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach at 80 meters. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! There is also free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat has moved😁.

At the port, close to the center and beach, privileged location, bright apartment with sea and hill views. Absolute calm. Living room (large sofa) and well-equipped open kitchen for 4 people. Bedroom (queen size bed) with adjoining shower room, benefiting from a large window, just like the bedroom. In the immediate vicinity: shops, restaurants, tram, bus, train. No private parking but several free public spaces available in the immediate vicinity. Paid parking nearby.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
