Public bicycles are located right in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach at 80 meters. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! There is also free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat has moved😁.

Nice studio in central Nice

This is my third flat I have on Airbnb. Everything is brand new inside the apartment as seen in the pictures. The good thing about this flat is that it has the kitchen separate from the room. The apartment is located on 3rd floor and it has 2 big windows. The building is very quiet as are very few apartments in the building. There is an elevator in the building too.
