Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. El apartamento es amplio y equipado y es como una gran terraza al mar y la ciudad. Desde el apartamento siempre estas viendo la ciudad las 24 horas y la puesta del sol cada tarde en frente. People under 35 years old are not allowed except families. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Failure to comply with these rules or if we have complaints about bad behavior, implies the loss of the deposit and expulsion from the apartment. There is a tourist tax upon arrival of 6.88 euros per person per night.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
