Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Portaria

The house is modest yet wonderful! a perfect Airbnb experience. Situated within an Olive Grove and with an amazing view to the sea, you wake up to the sound of birds and ocean waves, and everything around is green. Theres almost total privacy at any point of the backyard and house, and it's just a 2minute drive down to Chorefto Beach for Cafe or Taverns. The host is very nice and very helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations and information, we'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

Wo soll ich anfangen - Oma‘s Hütte ist ein Traum. Wer auf der Suche nach eine ruhigen und privaten Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Umgebung und Meerblick ist, ist hier richtig! Olga ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie hat uns den Weg zu dem Haus gezeigt und uns mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Oliven überrascht. Sie war gut erreichbar und hat uns regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Handtücher waren flauschig, die Betten bequem und die Terrasse geräumig mit mehren Sitzgelegenheiten umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten sogar das Glück Delfine von der Terrasse aus beobachten, bring also am besten ein Fernglas mit! Dank Olga haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Great beach house with lots of space. Excellent communication with the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Family friendly and a bit isolated. The only thing to be aware of is the right way to get there. In general we had a great time! Thank you :)

The first thing that pops into my mind when coming to write about Simos’ house is the iconic movie “A room with a view” . But here we have a house with a view. And what a beautiful view. The amazing blue sea is there in front of you wherever you look. An endless blue tranquility that gives so much peace and quiet. Spectacular ! The house had all we needed: clean towels and linen, kitchen with the necessary equipment etc’. A part from that the village is small but has everything we wanted. We found a peace of heaven on earth and we look forward to come back. Thank you Simos for this amazing experience we had in your house.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. I whole heartedly recommend Yanis as a host for your stay in Makrinitza Village. His kindness, generosity, and the quality of his property will make your trip to Greece Unforgettable experience. Η βίλα της αγαπης, όπως ονομάζεται αυτό το τέλειο σπιτάκι, είναι καλή στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμη καλύτερη όταν βρεθείς εκεί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με ησυχία μέσα στη φύση στο γραφικό Ανήλιο, όπου επιλέξαμε να επισκεφτούμε με την σύντροφο μου. Η Κατερίνα μας έδωσε άψογες οδηγίες για το πώς να φτάσουμε, πρότεινε μέρη, απαντούσε σε κάθε ερώτημα μας μέσα σε μία ώρα, πάντα ευγενική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Όταν μπήκαμε μέσα, υπήρχαν γλυκα, καρύδια, λικέρ και πολλά ακόμη για να μας υποδεχτούνε. Από καθαριότητα το σπίτι έλαμπε. Και υπήρχαν άφθονα ξύλα για να μας κρατούν ζεστούς όπως και air condition και στα δύο δωμάτια. Με λίγα λόγια, το σπίτι φανταστικό, η Κατερίνα φανταστική και σίγουρα στο μέλλον θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε την βίλα της αγάπης, η οποία ενδείκνυται όχι μόνο ως χειμερινός αλλά και ως καλοκαιρινός προορισμός για εκείνους που αγαπούν τη φύση, τη γαλήνη, το παραδοσιακό,το παραμυθένιο,το γνήσιο και όλα τα παραπάνω πλαισιωμένα από μια οικοδέσποινα με Όμικρον κεφαλαίο !

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να μείνει οικογενειακά ή με παρέα σε ένα σπίτι όλοι μαζί! Υπάρχει κουζίνα με σκεύη για να χρησιμοποιήσεις και ότι χρειαζεται ένα σπίτι γενικότερα. Άνετοι χώροι και φιλική οικοδεσπότης που απαντάει σε κάθε ερώτηση ότι χρειάζεται!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξερευνήσεις, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης,ο οποίος απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε απολύτως τίποτα όμως, το σπίτι σου παρέχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς.

Η πραγματικότητα ξεπέρασε τις φωτογραφίες που είδαμε. Ένα πραγματικό στολίδι το σπίτι της κας Anneli. Πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, ήσυχο είχε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Η κα Anneli φιλική, εξυπηρετική, προνοητική μας πρόσφερε απλόχερα τη φιλοξενία της στο υπέροχο σπίτι της και περάσαμε ένα εξαιρετικό τριήμερο. Σας ευχαριστούμε κα Anneli, θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Amazing place and hospitality!!

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Excellent location in Kissos. There are cafeterias, restaurants and mini markets for groceries. The nature around the house is amazing and the house itself is cozy, spacious and better than the photos. Nikos was more than friendly and accommodating. I would surely visit again and definitely recommend to everybody

This was our first time in Greece as a family and we fell in love with the country. Villa Ambrosia had a lot to do with this.. The villa complex is beautiful, cleverly designed so car park is behind the houses. Beach is only a few steps away providing nearly private access to the water. The house was just the size we needed, very well equipped kitchen, everything pristine. Andreas always responded to my messages and questions within about 10 min, very responsive and friendly host. He was there when we arrived and explained how everything worked. It was a lovely week we spent there, thank you Andreas!

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

Ce logement dans le Pelion est vraiment parfait ! Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun 1 enfant et y avons passé une semaine. La maison est bien équipée et joliment décorée, la piscine ainsi que l’espace barbecue sont très agréables ! Il y a la climatisation dans les 2 chambres. L’hôte est très réactif et d’une grande gentillesse Je recommande vivement cet endroit dans le Pelion ! La vue est incroyable !!!

We've spent a wonderful week in Thanos's house which is absolutely beautiful. For those in love with tradition, antiques and vintage interior design, this is the place to be. The love for details is visible wherever you might look, starting with the beautiful furniture, the wall decorations and ending in the most lovely bathroom. The more than generous terrace is also a huge plus, since the view is stunning, not to mention the sunsets. The house is perfectly equipped with whatever one could need and Thanos is a very kind and nice host. We will remember with great joy the days spent here and would love to be back some day.

The apartment was clean and just suited our needs. The hosts were pleasant and kind. The apartment is new. It was really fun.

As usual, we had a great time at Nikos' house. It's comfortable, very quiet and light and has great views and a nice patio. Nikos and his wife are excellent hosts.
