The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Close to the French border, natural landscapes of the Sierra de l'Albera, bike trails and a route to discover megalithic monuments.

Casa típica de poble, completament reformada i equipada. Molt acollidora i pràctica. Trobareu molta tranquil·litat. És una casa amb molta llum. Està situada a 5 minuts de tots els serveis del poble (farmàcia, bars, restaurants, supermercats, botigues, ...). Per anar a les platges hi ha 15 minuts caminant. Està situada en una zona del poble molt tranquila i calmada. No hi ha problema d'aparcament. Podreu aparcar molt aprop de la casa. No disposa de wifi.

Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
